A RESOLUTION CORRECTING THE LOT NUMBERS EXCLUDED I� ANNEXING
BAKER SOUTH SIDE ADDITION TO KALISPELL BY RESOLUTION NO. 2486
DATED JANUARY 7, 1963.
SECTION 1* WIIEREAS� the City Council of the City of KalispelIv
Montana, did on January 7. 1963 pass Resolution No. 2486, extending
the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell to include Baker South
Side Addition to Kalispell, excluding therefrom Lots Thirteen and
Fourteen, and
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, in passing said Resolution It was the intention
to exclude from annexation Lots Fourteen and Fifteen, rather than
Lots Thirteen and Fourteen, which were inadvertantly described in
said Resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALIDPELL, MONTANA THAT Lots Fourteen and Fifteen only of Baker
South Side Additloa to Kalispell, be nnd the same are hereby
excluded from annexation, and are not Included within the corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, and signed by the MAYOR this 29th day of April, 1963.
