A RESOLUTION TRANSFERIING CERTITO FUNDS IN THE CITY nimURY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COVNCTI OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.,
SECTION 1. Whereas the City Counot dews it in t% Nst imeyest in
the operation of the various funds of the City to eliminate the
MAIMTENANCE FUMV, an a separate fund and to combine it with tile OIL
SPRINKLING FUND, and
SECTION 2. There is now remaining in the MAINTENANCE FUND the sum
of 11,117.2i, which. will no longer be required,
si.,'cnoN i. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of 1112eQ12j,
be transferred from the MAINTENANCE FIIND to the OIL SPRINKLING-
MiNINTENANCE FUND, and the- MAINTENANCE FUND be closed out and discontinued.
