RESOLUTION NO. 2473
A RESOLUTTON CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 300
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 300 is hereby created
for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in NORTHEAST ADDTTTON
AND MYLAM AWTION to Kalispell.
SECTION 2, That Said DINtrict is created subject to the terms and conditions
as specified in RESOLUTION NO. 1470, entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION To
CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 100" passed and approved by the City
Council, of the City of Kalispell, Montana on the Sth day of August, 1962.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
this 10th clay of Septetnber, 1962.
