A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS IN THE CTTY TREASURY
BE IT REWISIED BY THE CTTY COPMCIL OF THE CITY OF KALTSPLLL, MONTANA4i
SECTION 1. Whereas Special Lighting Districts No. 50 and 51 were originally
creAted for street lighting in the business and residential districts
respectively, and whereas as a result of extending and enlarging Ae street
lighting system over a period of years, these districts overlap in many
areas of the City, the City Council deems it in the best Interests of the
City of Kalispell, to combine these two Lighting Districts into one District,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, T14AT SPECIAL LTGHTINO 01STRICTS No. 50 and 51 be combined into one
district to be known as "SPECIAL LIGHTINC DISTRICT FMD.*4
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 10th clay of September, 1962.
