RESOLUTION OF TNTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 300
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANAI
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City C"nol of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, to create Special Improvement District No. 300 for the purpose of Installing
a sanitary sewer In Northeast Addition and Milam Addition to Kalispell.
SECTION 2. That the area to be included within this Special"Improvement District
is the entire area of Northeast Addition and entire area of Milas; Addition.
SECTION 3. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said
proposed Special Improvement District is the installation of a sanitary sewer.
SECTION 4. That the estimated cost of said improvements is $6,824.00.
SECTION 5. That the entire cost and expense of said improvements shall be
assessed agaInst each lot within the district to be assessed for that part of
the whole cost which its oren bears to the area of the entire district.
SECTION 6. That snid assessment shall be paid for in full upon completion of the
contract, or shall be paid in ten eq"al Installments, hereby extended over a period
of ten years. Said aggessments shall constitute a fund to be known as Special
Improvement District Fund No. 300.
SECTION 7. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement District
warrants issued against said District in sums not to exceed $500.00 each, bearing
interest at a rate not to exceed16% per annum, from date of registration until
called for redemption or paid In full.
SECTION 8. That on the 10th day of Septemberg 1962, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall in the City of Kalispell, Montana, at n regular meeting,
the City Council will hear and pass an any protcsLs that may be made against the
making of said improvements or the creation of sold District.
SECTION 9. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to give the proper
notice of the passage of this Resolution by pmblication and mailing as required
by law. Such publication is to be made In the Daily 'Inter Lake, a daily newspaper,
published in the City of Kalispell, Montana
