RESOLOTION LIMITING THE EKTENSION OF SEWER AND �4ATER SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF XALISrELL,
MONTANA,
SECTION 1. No sewer or wnter services shall be extended to
persons or property outside the City LLmits.
SECTION 2. No property WWI be annexed to the City unless the
omner of the property shall agree to connect to both sewer nnd
Wnter services.
SECTION 1. No present sewer or water services shall be extended
or increased outside the City Limits except with express approval
of the City Council.
