A RESOLUTION CREATINC SPECIAL TMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 299
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTTON 1. That Specint Improvement District No. 299 is hereby
creat& for the purpose of installing a storm sewer and concrQte
curbs on Seventh Avenue East North between Idaho Street and North
City limits.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the terms and
conditions as speckled in RESOLUTION NO* 2461, entitled "RESOLUTION'
OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 299", passed
and approved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montann
on the. 2nd day of April, 1.962.
