RESOLUTION NO, 2462
A RESOLUTION EXTENDTNG THE CORPORATE LIMITS OV T111 CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CTTY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF KALISPrlL, MONTANA*
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2458
entitled "Resolution of Tntention to extend the Corporate limits of
the City of Kalispell, Montane", and after a hearing held at a
regular meeting of said City CwmAj in Lhe C"nol Chmb"s in the
City call in Kalispell, Montana, on the 7Lh day of May 1967 at
7:30 P.M., pursuant to said resolni" and notice themof duly given
by publication as required by law, the houndarjes or corporate limits
of the City of Kalispelt, Montana are hereby extended so as to embrace
and include the tract or parcel of described in said resolution of in-
tenLion No. 2458, and hereinafter described, and the said described
tract or parcel of land is here+y decl8red to be anneNed to, and to be
a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate
limits thcreaF. The time when this resolution shall go into effect
and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
be made by the inclusion of said tract or parcel of 1W within the
boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is
hereby declared to he May 7, 1962.
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included
within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana is more
particularly described as follows;
