WHEREAS, after payment in full of all outstanding bonds of Special Improvement
Districts No. 288, No. 289, and No. 291, a balance of $511.61 remains for which
there is no further need, and
WHEREAS, THESE DISTRICTS BORROVED FROM THE S. T. D. REVOLVING FUND, the sum of
�$501.86 to pay the bonds when due,
NOWTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above sum of $511.61 be transferred frow
these districts to the S. T. D. REVOLVING FUND.
