Resolution 2432 - Abandon Street - Portion of Nevada Stom
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, having received a
petition for the discontinuance and abandonment of that portion of Nevada Street,
lying between Fourth Avenue West North, and Fifth Avenue West North, in Kalispell,
Montana, and further finding that said petition alleges that all of the owners of
lots adjoining said Street to be abandoned have signed said petition, and that
said petition was In writing, and that the discontinuance and abandonment of said
street,can be done without detriment to the public Interest, and further finding
that notice of said petition was duly given In accordance with Section 11-2802 of
the Revised Codes of the State of Montana of 1947.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, that It Is ordered and decreed that the above named street be, and the
same Is hereby vacated, abandoned, and discontinued, and that the land therein
shall attach,to and become part of the adjoining lots and properties.
