RESOLUTION NO. 2439
WIMRSAS, BERNARD E. HORSTMAN, who has served as a member of the Kalispell City
Council since his election in 1959, and as President of the City Council during the
present term, has now taken up residence without the City, and as a consequeace
has tendereO his resignation as Council member and President, effective July 15, 1961.
NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED BY TAE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTAbA,
that a vote oE thanks be extended to Mr. Horstman in appreciatioR of his very capable
services and devoted efforts for the betterment of the City of Kalispell and its
citizens.
