RESOLUTION NO. 2450
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINC CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS ACCESS TO SAFETY DEPOSY" BOX
IN THE FiNs'r NATIONAL BAAK OF UILISPELL.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2407, dated Aogust 10, 1959, authorized the renting of
a bank safety deposit box for the safekeeping of securities owned hy the City
of Kalispell, and also authorized entr8nce to the box by the Mayor, City rreasurer
and Chairman of the Finance Commitme, only in the presence of each other, aad
WHEREAS, this arrangement proved to be inconvenient and impracticable,
NOW THEREFORE, BZ IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lhe City of Kalispell, Montana,
that the Mayor, the City Treasurer and the Chabrmw ot the F"ance Cmnotm, or
any two of them, are hereby authorized to bave access to the said safety deposu
box, in the regular conduct of the servicing oF such securities as may be, frorn
time to time required.
