Resolution 2416 - Street Name Change - Pinecrest Place to 1st Ave ENRESOLUTION NO. 2416
A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE, NAME OF "PINECRtST PLACE" TO FIRST AVENUE EAST NORTH.
WHEREAS, A MAJORITY OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS ON "PINECREST PLACE", which designates
the street in the seven and eight hundred blocks formerly designated as First
Avenue East North, have filed with the City Council a petition requesting the
name be changed back to First Avenue Fast North, and
IMEREAS� this is the wish of the majority of the property owners on this street,
and it being the desire of the City Council to comply with such request,
NOW THEREFORv pursuant to Sec, 11-907 of the 1947 Revised Codes of the State
of Montana;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the name of the Street,known as "PINECREST PLACE"
be chan�aed to read "FIRST AVENIT EAST NORTE."
The City Engineer is hereby requested to prepare and submit to the City Council
a plat showing such change and to otherwise comply witb Sec. 11-908 of the 1947
Revised Codes of the State of Montana by filing said approved plat with the
County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
