RESOLUTION NO. 2431
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A SANITARY LANI) FILL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, that it
is the Intention of the City Council to establish and develop,over a period of
time, a sanitary land fill in that area of City owned property, comionly known
as Northwestern Dam Slough, belag situated in NE% NEI Section 7, Township 23
North, Range 21 West in Flathead County, Montana.
It Is proposed to reclaim the land in this area by use of the sanitary land fill
method, thereby eliminating a mosquito hazard, and creating a useful area for
Parks, recreation and other public uses.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL THIS 6th DAY OF MARCH, 1961.
