WHEREASt The Kalispe�ll Water Works DepartmeTt has on hand excess funds over and
above Its current operating requirements, and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Kalispell that these funds
be invested in interest bearing obligations,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, that the City Treasurer be and hereby Is authorized and instructed
to invest $30,000.00 of Water Works Funds in a time certificate of deposit with
either the First National or Conrad National Bank of Kalispell, for a 6 months
period, and to renew said time certificate for continuing 6 months periods until
funds are needed by the Water Works Department.
