RESOLUTION NO. 2429
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS IN THE CIVY TREASURY.
WHEREAS, The City of Kalispell, Montana, Issued in 1959 Sewer -Water Revenue Bonds
In the amount of $250,000.00 for the purpose of enlarging the Sewage Disposal
Plant, covering the two water reservoirs, and building a new Water Works Warehouse,
and
WHEREAS, these projects have now been completed and paid for In full, and there
-remains In the Sewer-WaLet Construction Account the sum of $20,805.78, upon which
there are no further demands,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that the sum of $20,805.78 be transferred from the Sewer -Water Construction
Account to the Sewer -Water Revenue Bonds of 1959 Reserve Account, as additional
funds available for the redemption of said Sewer -Water Revenue Bonds of 1959.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 3rd DAY OF JANUARY, 1961.
