RESOLUTION NO. 7423
WNFREAS� a petition was presented to the City Council on August Ist, 1960,
requesting that the name of "RAILROAD STREET" be changed to "CENTER STREET511
WRERTZ,AS, after a public hearing held this 6th day of September, 1960, in
accordance with published notice of intention to make such chnnp.L in name,
and
WIMREAS, such change of name appears to be in the best interests of the City
of Knlispell and the inhabitants thereof,
MOW, IlZREFORE BZ IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Xalispell,
Montana, that pursunnL to See. 11-907 of the Revised Codes of the State of
Montana, the name of "RAILROND STREET" along its entire length, from East to
West City limits, including Giat portion now known as IVOODLAND PLACE", be
changed to
"CENTER STREET''
The City Engineer is hereby requested to pwpare and submit tw the City
Countil a plat showing this chaago and otherwise comply with Sec. 11-908 of
the Revised Codes of the Statq of Montnna by filing said approved plat with
the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
