A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LTMITS OF THE
CITY Of KALIsPeLt., MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the'provisions of Resolution No. 2451
entitled "Resolution of Intention to extend the corporate limits of the
City of Kalispell, Montana", and after a hearing held.at a regtilar
meeting of said City Council on the 8th day of January, 1962 at 7:30 P.M.
in the Council Chambers In the City Hall in the City of Kalispell,Montana,
pursuant to sold resolution and notice thereof duty given by publication as
required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract or parcel
of land described In said resolution of intention No. 2451, and hereinafter
described, and the sold described tract or parcel of land Is hereby declared
to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and
within the corporate limits thereof. The time when the resolution shall go
into effect, And the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana be made by the inclusion of said described tract or parcel of land
vithin the boundaries or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, Is hereby
declared to be January 8, 1962,
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within
the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana Is Wore particularly
described a% follows-,
