RESOLOTION NO. 2452
A RESOL17ION PRESCRIBING CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS BY OWNERS OF NEWLY ANNEXED TRACTS
TO OBTATN STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLDWS,
Section 1. That effective 30 days after the passage of this resolution,
the ownors of any Lots or tracts of land annexed to and taken within the city
limits oF ' the City of Kalispell, Moataaa, Yho desire street improvements, shall
be required to establish the street grnde and to install suitable concrete curbs
and gutters at their own expense in order to obtain the services of the City of
Kalispell for the maintenance of such streets.
SecLian 2. As a Eurther requirement for street maintenance services, the.
owners of the lots abutting the streets to be waiatalned shall be included in Oil
Sprinklfng District No. 1, and subject to the annual special assessmonL for said
District.
