A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMTTS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTA NA
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CFN COMCIL OF THE Cl',"Y Or 'KALISPELL, MONTA—A*
SECTION 1, That it is thm intention of the City Cou"cil of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, to extend the corporate limits, and to amend Section 247 of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Kalispell of 1947, prescribing the limits of said City.
SECTION 2. That the proposed additional area to he imclunded witlAn the cocrywate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana is particularly described, as follows;
LOT ONE OF BLOCK ONE OF FATRCROUNDS ADDITION No. ONE
SECTION 3. That the exteqsion of the boundaries Of the City Of Kalispell, Montana,
as describW above5 will be to the best interests of the City of Kalispell and the
inhabitants thereof, and to the inhabitants of the contiguous tract above described,
and to be included within the limits of sold City, and further, that such addition
will not materially mar the symmetry and order of the City of Kalispell, and that
such tract proposed to be included within the corporate limits of said City is
contiguous to the said City.
SECTION 4. That the said tract of land above described, and to he included within
the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana as nforesaid, is duly and
regulnrly platted as required by jaw.
SECTION 5. That on the Sth day o! January 1962, at 700 P. M. in the Council Chambers
of the City nall in the City of Kalispell, Montana, at a regular meeting hereof, the
CILY Council W11 hear and pass on any protests that any be made agMwt the entensical
of these boundaries. The closing time for the filiqg of protests is hereby declared
to be December 23, 1961 at 5:00 t. M.
SECTIOM 6. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper Intice
of the passage of Lhis resolution by publicntion ns required by law, such publication
to be m8de in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newsnpe, oWished in the Coy of Kalispel'
MonLaua.
