RESOLUTION NO. 2456
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANiA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
IPHTANA :
SECTJON 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution
No. 2454, entitled "Resolution of intention to extend the
corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana", and
after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council
on the 6th day of March, 1962 at 7:30 F. M. in the Council
Chawbers of the City Hall In the City of Kalispell, Montana,
pursuant to said resolution and notite thereof duly given by
publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended
so as to embtace and include the tract or parcel of land
described In said resolution of Intention No. 2454t and here-
inafter described, and the said described tract or parcel of
land is hereby declared to be annexed too and to be a part of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits
thereof. The time when this resolution shall go into effect,
and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana be made by the inclusion of WO described tract or
parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of
Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to be March__fth, 1962.
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included
within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more
particularly described as follows;
NORTH EAST ADDITION TO KALISPELL, MONTANA
PASSED AND APPROVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA this 6th day of March, 1962.
