A RESOLUTION EXTEMPING THE CORPORATE LTMITS
OF TBE CITY OF 9ALISPZLL, MOMTANIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY TOE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONIANA.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2455
entitled "Resolution of intention to "tend the coryrate liNts
Of the City Of Kalispell, Montana", and after a hearing WO at a
regutar meeting of said City Council In the Council Chambers In the
City Hall in Kalispellv Montana, on the 6th day of March, 1962
at 7:30 P. M., pursuant to said resolution and notice thereof cluly
given by publication as required by Inw, the boundaries or corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as
to embrace and include the tract or parcel of land described in
said resolution of intention No. 2455, and hereinafter described,
and the said described tract or parcel of land Is hereby declared
to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when this resolu-
tion shall go Into effect and the exten%lon of the boundaries of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the Inclusion of avid described
tract or parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of
the City of Kalispell, Montano, is hereby declared to be March 6th, 1962.
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and Included within
the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly
described as follows;

PASS& AND APPROVED BY THE CTTY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF KALTSPELL,
MONTANA THIS 60 day of March, 1962.
