A RESOLUTION CREATING A RESERVE FUND FOR THE SEWER -WATER REVENUE BONDS OF 1959.
BE IT RESOLVED BY 111E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA-
SECTIONT 1. That a reserve fund in the amount of $30,000.00 to be designated
"RESERVE FUND FOR SEWER -WATER REVENUE BONDS OF 195911 be hereby created, as
provided in Section 4 of Resolution No. 2384, dated May 19, 1959.
SEc,rTON1 2. Tbat sold Reserve Fund be created by the transfer of $12,000.00 of
Water Works Funds and $18,000.00 of Sewer Service Funds.
