RESOLUTION NO. 2410
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THZ CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA,.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the Intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, to extend the corporate limits, and to amend Section 247 of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Kalispell of 1947, prescribing the 11mits of said City.
SECTION 2., That the proposed additional area to be included within the corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is particularly described as follows:
TED'S ADDITION TO KALISPELL
SECTION 3. That the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana*
as described above, will be to the best interests of the City of Kalispell and the
inhabitants thereof, and to the Inhabitants of the contiguous tract above described,
and to be Included within the limits of said City, and further, that such addition
will not materially mar the aymmetry and order of the City of Kalispell, and that
such tract proposed to be included within the corporate limits of said City Is con-
tiguous to the said City.
SECTION 4. That the said tract of land above described, and to be Included within
the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as aforesaid, is duly and
regularly platted as required by law.
SECTION 5. That on the 5th day of October, 1959, at 7:30 P. K., In the Council
Chambers of the City Hall in the City of Kalispell, Montanat at a regular meeting
thereof, the City Council will hear and pass on any protests that may be made against
the extension of these boundaries. The closing time for the filihg of protests is
hereby declared to be September 29, 1959, at 5:00 o!clock P. M.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper
notice of the passage of this resolution by publication as required by law, such
publication to be made in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper published in the City
of Kalispell, Montana.
