WHFJ�EAS, the bid of the firm of Grande and Company of Seattle, Washington, on the
Issue of Special Improvemeat District No. 294 bonds for the City of Kalispell for
the purpose. of defraying the City's share of the cost in participating in Projects
No. F 270 (7) and U 257 (14) of the State Highway Commission of the State of
Montana in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TEN 111OUSAND AND NO1109 - - DOLLARS
($110,000.00) offering to purchase the entire issue as serial bonds, and that such
bonds shall be in the amoun.t of ONE IHOUSAND AND NO1100 - - DOLIARS ($1,000.00)
each, and said bonds shall be dated as of September 1, 1959, and to bear interest
at the rate of four and sixty-five hundredths (4.65) per centum per anntun, being
the beat Uld received and most advantageous to the City of Kalispell.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bid of Grande and Company, for such bonds
be and the same hereby is accepted;
BE IT FURTRER RESOLVED, that such bonds be payable as hereinabove set forth;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said bonds be redeemable by the city of Kalispell
when there, are funds In said Special Improvement District No. 294 Fund, against
which said bonds are issued, available therefor and the redemption shall be in
the order of the registration of the bonds; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that when the bonds have been duly sigaed and executed by
the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Kalispell, Montana, said bonds shall be delivered
to the City Treasurer for registration as provided by law before being delivered
to the purchaser.
