WUEREAS, it would appear that the Water Department and Sewer Service Departmemt
of the City of Kalispell have funds on deposit in their accounts in excess of current
operating requirementss and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Kalispell, to have these excess
funds be on an earning basis,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN?IL OF THE CITY aF KALISPELL, MONTARA,
that the City Treasurer be authorized and directed to invest the sun of $10,000.00
In Water DepartMent Funds, and $10,000.00 in Sewer Service Funds tn 3% Time Certificates
of deposit of Vie Conrad National BaNk, and the First National Bank of Kalispell,
Montana, for periods not exceeding six months duration.
