RESOLUTION NO. 2392
A RESOLUTION DECLARING TILAT AN EWRGENCY EXISTS AND TWNT IT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE
EXPENDiTURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT BUDGETED FOR 11iE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY.
AAEREAS, during the fiscal year of 1958-59 an emergency arose in connection with
the creation of Special Improvement District No. 294, a State Hieiway Project for
the improvemement of Tdaho and North Main Streets, involving legal actions,
tcrmimtlng in the State Supreme Courtp and making it necessary to expend the
sum of $65.54 in excess of the budget for this department.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, that
by reason of the facts above stated, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
under the provisions of the laws of the State of Montana, and that the expenditure
of $65.54 in excess of the budget of the City Attorney is hereby approved and
authorized for the purpose set forth.
