RESOLUTION NO. 2389
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMTTS OF THE CITY OF KALTSPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T11E CITY OF KALTSPUL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2385 entitled
"RESOLUTION OF INTENTTON TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA," and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council on
the 6th day of July, 1959, at 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
in galispell, Montana, pursuant to such resolution and notice thereof duly given
by publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporatO.,limits of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract
or parcel of land described in such resolution of intention No. 2385, and hereinafter
described, and the described tract or plat or parcel of land Is hereby declared to
be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the
corporate limitsthereof. The time when the Resolution shall go Into effect, and the
extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, by the Inclusion of
said described tract or parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of
Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to be the 6th day of July, 1959.
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of.Kalispell, Montana, Is more particularly described as follows:
LOT ONE (1) OF BLOCK ONE (1) OF LEWIS AND CLARK ADDITION
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MoWrANA,
THIS 6th DAY OF JULY, 1959.
