RESOLUTION NO. 2388
A RESOUITION CREATINC SPECIAL IMPROWMENT DISTRICT NO. 297,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No, 297 Is hereby created for the
purpose of installing new water mains and appurtenances in Underhill Subdivision
and Adams Addition.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the terms and conditions as
specified in RESOLUTION NO. 2386, entitled, "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE
SPECIAL impRomeNT DISTRICT NO. 297," passed and approved by the City Council of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, on the first day of June, 1959.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
THIS 6th DAY OF JULY, 1959.
