RESOLUTION NO. 2374
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTAW
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2371 entitled
"RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA" and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council
on January 5, 1959, at 7:30 P. M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
in Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to such resolutioft and notice thereof duly
given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and
include the tract or parcel of land described in such Resolution of Intention
No. 2371 hereinafter described, and the described tract or parcel of land is
hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when the resolution
shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, by the inclusion of said described tract or parcel of land
within the boundaries or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby
declared to be 5th day of January, 1959.
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
as follows:
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS ADDITION NO. THREE
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
THIS 5th DAY OF JANUARY, 1959.
