RESOLUTION NO. 2373
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 296.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 296 is hereby created fir the
purpose of installing water mains and appurtenances in Underhill Subdivision
and Adams Additions.
SECTION 2. That said District is created subject to the terms and conditions
specified in RESOLUTION NO. 2372 entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 296" passed and approved by the City Council
on the 3rd day of November, 1958.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
TRIS Ist DAY OF DECEMBER, 1958.
