A RESOLUTION EX'I'ENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVFt) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 111E CITY OF KALISPELL, mo�TANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2351 entitled,
"Resolution of intention to extend the corporate limits of the City of Falispell
Montana," and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council
on 2nd day of September, 1958, at 7:30 P. M., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to such resolution and notice thereof
duly given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace
and include the tract or parcel of land descrIbed in such resolution of intention
No. 2351; and hereinafter described, and said described tract or plat or parcel
of land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limtts thereof. The tium vhen
the resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, by the inclusion of said described tract or parcel
of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, is
hereby declared to be the 2nd day of September, 1958.
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
to be as follows:

VIS 2nd DAY OF SEPTEMMER, 1958.
