A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORWRATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T11E CITY OF KALISPrLI., MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2350, entitled
"Resolution of intention to eytend the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana," anO after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council
on the 2nd day of September, 1958, at 7:30 P. M., in the. Council Chambers of
the City Hall la Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to such resolution and notice
thereof duly given by publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace
and include the tract or parcel of land described in such resolution of intention
No. 2350, and hereinafter described, and the described tract or plat or parcel
of land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a parL of the City Of
Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when the
resolution shall go into effect, and the extension of the. boundaries of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, by the Inclusion of said described tract or parcel
of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, is
hereby declared to be the 2nd day of September, 1958.
SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and Included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
as follows:
