RESOLUTION NO. 2365
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 295
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF T11E CITY OF KALISPULL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That special improvement district No. 295 Is hereby created for thC
purpose of constructing concrete curbing along the block of fourth Avenue West
between 10th and Ilth Streets, beiag Blocks 15 and 16 of Fisher Addition to
Kalispell.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the terms of Resolution
No. 2353, entitled "Resolution of intention to create Special improvement
District No. 295, passed and approved by the City Council on the 4th day of
August, 1958, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
