RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 295.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T11E CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
1. That it Is the Intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell
to create a special improvement district, hereby designated Special Improve-
ment District No. 295, in Blocks No. 1.5 and 16 of Fisher Addition to
Kalispell, Moritana.
2. That the general character of the Improvements to be made In said
proposed special improvement district is the installation of a concrete
curbing, extendin�� the length of Blocks 15 and 16 of Fisher Addition along
4Lh Avenue West.
3. That the approximate cost of said improvement is estimated to be. $1,200.00
4. That the entire cost and expense of such improvement shall be assessed
against each lot to be benefitted, witbia the district, to be assessed for
that part of the whole cost which Its frontage bears to the total frontage
of the district.
5. That said assessment shall be paid for in -full upon completion of the
contract, or shall be paid in five equal annual installments hereby extended
over a period of five years. Said assessments shall constitute a fund to
be known as Special Improvement District No. 295.
6. That said improvement shall be paid for in Special Improvement District
warrants issued against said District in sums not to exc.eLd $100.00 each,
bearing interest not to exceed 6% per annum, from date of registration until
called for redemption or paid in full.
7. That on the 2nd day of September, 1958, in the Council Chambers of the,
City Hall in the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 P. M., at a regular
meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that may be
made against the making of such Improvement or the creation of such district.
8. The Citv Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper
notice of & passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as
required by law. Such publication is to be made in the Kalispell News -Farm
Journal, a weekly news�paper, published In the City of Kalispell, Montana.
