RESOLUTION NO. 2349
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NAME OF THE STREET IN WILLIS AODITION To
KALISPELL, MONTANA, TO BE "PARKITILL ROAD."
WHEREAS, a petition having been received by the City Council signed by
the owners of lots abutting the unnamed street which bisects Willis Addition
to Kalispell requesting this street be named "PARKHILL ROAD", and
WHEREAS, it will be in the best interest of the City of Kalispell and the
Inhabitants thereof to name such street "PARKHILL ROAD" in conformity with
said petition,
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Sec, 11-907 of the Revised Codes of the State
of Montana,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that said street in Willis Addition to Kalispell,
Montana, be named and designated as "PARKHILL ROAD."
THE CITY ENGINEER is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council, a plat showing such change and to otherwise comply with See. 11-908
of the Revised Codes of the State of Montana by filing such approved plat
with the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, among other
things.
