A RESOLUTION DESICNATINC THE NAME OF THE STREET IN WOODLAND PARK ADDITION TO
KALISPELL TO "SYLVAN DRIVE AND SYLVAN COURT."
WHEREAS, L. E. O'Neil, owner of lots fronting on the street through Woodland
Park Addition, has filed a petition with the City Council, requesting that the
street be designated "SYLVAN DRIVE", and its connecting circle turn around
"SYLVAN COURT."
WHEREAS, it will be in the best interest of the City of Kalispell, and the
inhabitants thereof, to name such street in conformity with said petition;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to See. 11-907 of the Revised Codes of the State of
Montana,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this street in Woodland Park Addition be named
"SYLVAN DRIVE04 and its connecting circle "SYLVAN COURT."
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the City Council,
a plat showing such change and to otherwise comply with See. 11-908 of the Revised
Codes of the State of Montana, by filing such appruved plat with the County
Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, among other things.

THIS 5th DAY OF MAY, 1958.
