RESOLUTION NO. 2370
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 52
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALTSPELL, IMONII'ANA:
SECTION 1. THAT SPECIAL LIGUTING DISTRICT NO. 52 is hereby created for the
purpose of installing new street lights in Highland Parlk Addition and Golf
Course Addition No. 2.
SECTION 2. That said District is created subject to the Lerms and conditions
specified in Resolution No. 2363 entitled "Resolution of Intention to create
Special Lighting District No. 52," passed and approved by the City Council
October 6, 1958, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars,
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTAUA,
this 3rd clay of %ovember, 1953.
