Resolution 2339 - Street Abandonment - Woodland Ave NorthRESOLUTrON NO. 2339 DE IT =EBY RESOLVED, TUAT W1, lk!AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL of the City of Hlispell, Montann, after receiving a petition for the discontinuance and abnndonnwnt of a portion of the Street designated as WOODLAND AVENUE NORT111 more particularly described as Eolloxws: That part of Woodland Avenue North described as follows. 7eginning at thL northeasterly corner of Lot 4 of Block 224 of Kalispell Townsite ConTany's Addition No, 4 to Kalispell, Montana; thence in a aa:thwestarly direction to a point on the northerly extension of the easterly boundary of the alley in said Block 224, which point is 40 feet North of the northwesterly corner of said Lot 4; thence southerly and along the northerly extension of the easterly boundary of said alley, a distance of 40 feet to the northwesterly corner of said lot 4; thence southeasterly along t1he northerly boundnry of said Lot 4 to the northeasterly corner thereof, being the place of beginnin,g, of thL tract herein, described. and further finding that said petition alleges that all of the owners of lots adjoining said Street to be abandoned have signed said petition and that said petition was in writie�g' and that 0te. a."")andonract-'t of said Street can be done without detriment to public interest, and further findin3 that Notice of said Petition was duly given in accordance with Section 11-2392, �.
