Beehive Homes — 242 Stillwater; new assisted living/memory care. There is a continued wait for MTDEQ information but with
conditional approval the building department intends to issue the building permit this afternoon so that foundation work may
begin. Project approved by Site Review.
Calaway Apartments —1079 N Meridian; new apartment complex. KLJ is reviewing documents for the Public Works
department and should have comments next week; there are no new developments in the building department.
91/93/97 Financial Drive — new apartment complex (3 four-plexes). Public Works will review this project in the next couple of
days. The Building department recently had a discussion with a Helena architect regarding the firewall.
Captain's Marine — Hwy 93 S; new retail building. Public Works sent comments to the developer on Tuesday.
Weber Apartments — Treeline Road; eight 12-plex apartments. Plans have been received and distributed to Public Works
and the Fire Department. Per last week's meeting, issues with garbage collection need to be addressed with the
architects/engineers.
Town Pump — 859 West Reserve Drive; convert existing church to convenience store/gas station/casino: This project will go
before the Architectural Review Committee next week. The CUP is completed, building plans have been received and KLJ is
reviewing those documents for Public Works. An approach permit needs to be obtained by the developer and the issue of a
pedestrian connection up to the building and a gravel drive between this site and Eisinger Honda were discussed due to future
traffic concerns.
KRMC — 310 Sunnyview; ER Addition/Renovation: Planning Department and City Attorney are working on
encroachment/right of way issues as well as the PUD amendment process. Public Works explained that grade needs to
be changed at the site to facilitate the existing elevations. Planning will arrange a meeting with hospital liaison to discuss
the process and project requirements from this point forward. No additional documentation has been received by any
department for this project.

(6) Other Reports:
Burger King/Popeye's: Access issues need to be addressed, Public Works will be in touch with the developer.
Planning: Victory Commons PH IV: Developers would like to prepare pads for a 4-story hotel and shops building as soon
as possible. Grading and asbestos abatement have begun on the site but in order to grant this request final plat
recording and 2/3 of site infrastructure is required. Planning will suggest that the developer request a PUD amendment.
Public Works: Riverview Greens: Notification was given to Public Works that there is a shed on the City owned right of
way, actions to be taken were discussed.
