A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 294.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 294 is hereby created
for the purpose of participating with the State Highway Commission of
Montana, and the Bureau of Public Roads for the widening and rebuilding of
Idaho Street within the City limits of Kalispell, and the rebuilding of North
Main Street and Sunset Boulevard along the present right of way of U. S. HiSI-Way
No. 93 from Idaho Street to Wyoming Street, according to the plans and specifi-
cations of Projects No. F 270 (7)v and U 257 (14) of the State llighvay Commission,
SECTION 2. That said-Mistrict is created subject to the terms and conditions
specified in RESOLUTION NO. 2336 entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 294,11 passed and approved by the City Council
on the 5th day of November, 1957t to which reference is hereby made for
further particular$.
