A RESOLUTION EXTENDING VIE CORPORATE LIMTTS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.-
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2333, entitled
"Resolution of intention to extend the corporate limits of the City of
Kallspell� Montana," and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said
City Council an November 4th, 1957, at 7:30 P, M., in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to such resolution and
notice thereof duly given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries
or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extdnded
so as to embrace and include the tract or parcel of land described in sdch
resolution of intention No. 2333, and hereinafter described, and such
described tract or plat or parcel of land Is hereby declared to be annexed
to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the
corporate limits thereof, the time when the resolution shall go into affect
and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, by
the Inclusion of said described tract or parcel of land within the boundaries
or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared and fixed as
the 4th day of November, 1957.
SFCTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
as follows:
RESSLEROS ADDITION TO KALISPELL, MONTANA
PASSED AND APPROVED BY TFLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
THIS 4th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1957.
