RESOLUTION NO. 2334
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPrCTAL TMPROVT".7NT DISTRICT NO. 293,
BE IT RESOUVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 293 is hereby created for the
purpose of participating widi the State 111Zliway Canmission of Montana, and the
Bureau of Public Roads for the widening and rebuilding of Idaho Street within
the City limits of Kalispell, and the rebuilding of North Main Street and
Sunset Boulevard along the present right of way of U. S. Highway No. 93 fran
Idaho Street to Vyoming Street, according to the plans and specifications of
Projects No. F 270 (7), and U 257 (14) of the State Highway Commission.
SECT109 2. That said District is created subject to the terms and conditions
specified in RESOLUTION NO. 2332 entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTIaN To CREATE
SPECIAL IMPROVEWNT DISTRICT NO. 293, passed and approved by the City Council
on the 3rd day of September, 1957, to which reference is hereby made for
further particulars.
