A RESOLUTION EXTEM)ING, IT1F, CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE QrY OF KALISPSIZ, NUUTANA,
BE IT RESCINED BY T',�-W� CITY COUTEIL OF THE CITY 05 KALTSFELL, MON&AA.
Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2310, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to extend the corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana,''
and after a hearing hold at a regular meatinp, of aaid City, Council on November 5,
1956, at 7:30 P. M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell,
Montana, purouanL to ouch resolution and notice thereof duly given i)y publication,
as required by law, iho boundaries or corporate limits of the City of KalisIvall,
Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract or parcel of
land described in such resolution of intention No, 2310, and hereinafter duscribed,
and such described tract or plat or parcel of land is hereby declared to be
annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the
corporate limits thereof. The time when the resolution shall go into effect and
the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, by the inclusion
of said described tract or parcel of land. within the boundaries or corporate
limits of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared and fixed as Lho 5th day of
Novpnber, 1956.
Section 2. The track or parcel of land so embraced and includod within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is particularly described as follows:

thereof on file and of record in the office of the
County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead, County, Montana.
