A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEEDING OF CERTAIN LANDS FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
TO THE STATE OF MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA-
WHEREAS, THE MONTANA STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION Plans to widen and improve
No. 93 Highway, from the corner of North Main Street and Idaho Street,
northward beyond the City Limits of Kalispell, and requires an additional
strip of right-of-way, 20 feet in width, along the West boundary of the
Kalispell Municipal Golf Course;
NOW THEREFORE, fF,, IT RESOLVED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
THAT, a right-of-way deed be executed in favor of the State of Montana
for such twenty foot strip of right-of-way, and that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said deed and cause the Corporate
Seal Lo be affixed.
