RESOUTION EXTENDING THP CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISFELL IND
DESCRIBING BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIU.; CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2281 of the City
oT —Kalispell entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND DESCRIBING TIT, BOUNDARIES THEREOF," and after a
hearing held at the regular meeting of said City Council on April 2, 1956,
at 7:30 0clock P. M., pursuant to such resolution and notice thereof duly given
by publication and mailing as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits
of the City of Kalispell are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the
tracts or parcels of land, described in such Resolution of Intention No. 2281,
and hereinafter described, and such described tracts or parcels of land are
hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell,
and within the. corporate limits thereof; the time when the resolution shall go
into effect and the bxtention of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell by the
inclusion of said described tracts or parcels of land with the boundaries or
corporate liTdts of Kalispell being hereby declared and fixed as the 2nd day of
April, 1956.
SECTION 2. The tracts or parcels of land so embraced and included with the
Uo—un-UgHles of the City of Kalispell, as herein provided are particularly described
as follows:

All and singular that certain tract or parcel or piece of land situate, lying
and being in the SV'-4 of NW -1 of Section 8, Township 28 North, Range 21 West of

the M. P. M., and being more particularly described as follows:

p-nning at the NorthwesL corner of Block 2 of D c n Addition to Ka ispell,
Montana, a plat of which is of record and on file at the office of the Clerk and
Recorder of Flathead County, Montana; thence N. 13' 49' W. 66 feet to the North-
erly boundary of California Street, thence No. 760 111 E. 45.9 feet to a point;
thence North 165.8 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract to be
described; thence South 165.8 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary of Calif-
ornia Street; thence No. 760 111 E. along the northerly boundary of California
Street a distance of 335-97 feet, more or less to the intersection of the North-
erly boundary of California Street with the Easterly boundary of above said SAI
of VW24; thence Northerly a distance of 175.9 feet to the Southeast corner of a
tract heretobefore conveyed to Hill; thence Southwesterly along the south boundary
of the Hill property 328 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. Above
description according to the dimensions as shown on the accompanying plat as shown
in survey by F. P. Scott. Above tract contains 1.3 acres, more or less.
