RBSO&TION NO. 2280
A RESOLUTION authorizing the execution of an agreement with. the BOA11D OF
ADMINISTRATION of the Public Employees Retirement System of the State of Montana,
providing for inclusion of the Employees of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
under the Federal Social Security benefits.
WIIEREAS� on June 6, 1955, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
did by Resolution No. 2266, authorize a referendum vote by Gity Employeea to
determine their election to come under Federal Social Security benefits, and
WHEREAS, on October 10, 1955, the 41 out of 440igible City Employees voted in
favor of the coverage for a percentage of 93.1-8,
NOW THEREYOR11 be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that the standard form and agreement be entered into with the Board
of Administration of the Public Employees Rotiremen-G System of the State of
Montana, and the Mayor be authorized to execute such agreement.
Passed by the City Council of -the, City of Kalispell, Montana, and signed by
the Mayor this 3rd. day of January, 19,50.
