RESOLUTION NO. 2289
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 290
IE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 290 is hereby created for the
purpose of participating with the State HiF.,7hway Commission of Montana, and the
Durean of Public Roads for the widening and rebuilding of Idaho Street Within
the City limits of Kalisvell., and the rebuilding of North Main Street along the
present rip.,,ht of way of U. S. Highway No. 93 from Idaho StreeL to Wyoming Street,
according to the plans and specifications of Projects No. F 270 (7), and U 257
(114) of the State Highway Commission.
SECTION 2. That said District is created subject to the terms and conditions
specified in RESOLUTTON NO. 2285 entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 290, -passed and approved by the City Council
on the 16th day of April, 1956, to which reference is hereby made for further
particulars.
