RESOLUTION NO. 2313
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORAIS IJMITS OV THE CITY OF KALISQLL, MONTANA.
BE If' RESOLVED R1 THE GUY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA-
Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolation No. 2311, entitled
"Resolution of intention to extend the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana," and after a hearing hold at a regular meeting of said City Council
an November 5, 1956, at 7:30 P. M,, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in
Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to such resolution and notice thereof duly given
Q publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include
the tract or parcel of land described in such resolution of intention No. 2311,
and hereinafter described, and such described tract or plat or parcel of land
is hereby declared to be annexed to, arid to be a part of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof, The time when the resolution
shall 1p into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, by the inclusion of said described tract or parcel of land within
the boundaries or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared
and fixed as the 5th day of November, 1256.
Section 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell., -hontana, is more particularly described
as follows:
All of lot six (6) which is 80 feet excepting the South 30 feet thereof
of the Holl0ter Moridian Tracts.
Also a tract of land in the Northeast Q�-iari.,er of Section 13, Township 28
North, Range 22 West, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of lot 6; thence North along Meridian
Road, a distance of 15 feet to a point., Lhence West at right angles wid
parallel to the North line of Lot 6, a distance of 200 feet; thence
South at right angles and parallel to Meridian itoad 15 feet to the North-
west corner of Lot 6; thence East alcqg the North line of Lot 6, a distance
of 200 feet to 'the point of beginning.
