RESOLUTION NO. 2322
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND T11AT IT IS NECESSARY TO
MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT BUDGETED FOR THE WATER WORKS DEPARTMENT.
WHEREASt it was necessary during the fiscal year 1956�57, in order to meet the
growing demand for additional water services in the City, to expend $10,513.31
In excess of the amount budgeted to provide the necessary facilities.
NOW IIIEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell
that by reason of the facts above statedo an emergency is hereby declared to
exist under the provisions of the law of the State of Montana, and that the
expenditures of $10,513.31 in excess of LheWaLer Wokka Budget is hereby
authorized and approved for the purpose set forth.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 24th DAY OF JULY, 1957.
